Become the conductor of your web agency!

Contract Manager is a project management simulation game with a modern and responsive interface. Juggle between negotiating new contracts, scheduling your resources, and resolving critical incidents in real time.

Main Features:

  • Interactive Gantt chart: Drag and drop your projects into the schedule to optimize your development team's workload.
  • Dynamic negotiation: Adjust your rates and deadlines. Offer shorter deadlines to win over the client, or increase your prices at the risk of losing the deal!
  • Real-time simulation: Start the day and watch your tasks progress on the screen.
  • Incident handling: Server down? Critical API bug? Pay for overtime or accept a delay to protect your margins.
  • Penalties & Cancellations: Watch out for delays! Unhappy clients will apply daily penalties, or even cancel the contract if you push them too far.
  • Daily financial report: Track your earnings and review your performance at the end of each day.

Strategic tips for beginners:

  • Don't overload your days: If the cumulative workload of your projects exceeds 10, some projects will stop progressing and fall behind.
  • Anticipate deadlines: Delivering a project late will incur a 10% daily financial penalty, heavily reducing your margin.
  • Manage incident risks: Paying for overtime is expensive upfront, but taking a delay can be even more costly in penalties or trigger an automatic contract cancellation!
